We are looking for a performance driven PPC Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys managing high-budget campaigns across competitive markets.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid search campaigns across multiple regions, with a strong focus on driving high quality leads and maximising ROI.
Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
Manage campaigns across multiple markets
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Monitor and optimise campaign performance to improve CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and conversion rates
Write and test high performing ad copy aligned with campaign goals
Implement and optimise bidding strategies (Target CPA, ROAS, Impression Share, etc.)
Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve lead volume
Collaborate with UX, analytics, and web teams to optimise landing pages and conversion funnels
Maintain accurate campaign tracking and ensure data integrity across platforms
Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights
Stay up to date with PPC trends, platform updates, and automation features
1 years of hands on PPC experience (agency or high-volume B2C preferred)
Strong experience with Google Ads (Search & Performance Max)
Solid understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) or similar analytics platforms
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and reporting skills
