Dokmi is looking for a motivated Junior Web Developer who is passionate about building user-friendly, high-performing websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working on both front-end and back-end development. A basic understanding of SEO best practices will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and basic PHP frameworks

• Convert designs (Figma, PSD, PDF, etc.) into responsive, functional websites

• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP to enhance website features

• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance

• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix website issues for clients and internal projects

• Assist in implementing basic SEO practices (on-page optimization, page speed improvements, structured layout)

• Collaborate with designers and team members to deliver high-quality projects

• Follow best practices for clean, efficient, and scalable code

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

• Familiarity with WordPress (themes, plugins, customization)

• Understanding of responsive design principles

• Ability to convert design files into working websites

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
