Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a PPC Marketing Manager with extensive knowledge of PPC (Pay Per Click) Advertising. You will be responsible for keyword and ad creation along with the research and competitive analysis that comes with it. You should have done this in the past and should be very good at this.
∎ Being a self-starter is a must. We are looking for someone who will think outside the box and find creative ways to beat out the competitors. You must have a desire to win and the work ethic to put in the work to win.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Owning the overall performance of paid marketing - delivering to all goals and target KPIs and leading all efforts from strategic planning
∎ Manage all aspects of the paid marketing lifecycle, including customer acquisition, conversion optimization, abandonment, remarketing, sales, LTV etc.
∎ Manage keyword research, campaign/bid management, tracking, channel attributions, ad copy, landing pages etc.
∎ Provide thorough internal reporting on campaign metrics, funnel analysis, sales, ROI and overall aggregate performance.
∎ Collaborate with the tech team to ensure accurate tracking of all campaigns, including implementation of tracking pixels, proper attribution of source data etc.
∎ Continuously A/B test all campaigns to maximize ROI and efficiency of our efforts
∎ Rigorously monitor campaign performance and continually make improvement recommendations to the Head of Marketing
∎ Be the go-to expert on all things PPC
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of PPC experience
∎ Must have in-depth experience managing digital campaigns across a wide range of channels including search, display, video, native, social, app etc.
∎ Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects at once
∎ Knowledge of competition analysis services like SEM Rush
∎ Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
∎ Knowledge of Ad and keyword best practices and tools
∎ Online keyword planner and research tools (Adroll, Versium, Spyfu)
∎ Knowledge of remarketing strategies
∎ Knowledge of efficient keyword grouping, negative keywords, broad match VS exact match etc.
∎ The task requires you to work-from-home, you are required to have a laptop or desktop computer, a smart mobile phone, a local mobile connectivity with uninterrupted mobile data facility and a good uninterrupted internet connectivity 24 hours a day X 7 days a week (all expenditure relating to procure above mentioned facilities shall be borne by the candidate)

∎ As we are based in Silicon Valley, we expect you to be available for meetings during Pacific Time
