Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated, highly competitive Search Engine Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team. The Search Marketing Manager will oversee the intersection of organic and paid search across our brands.
∎ You will oversee holistic SEO strategies, develop global SEO reporting frameworks, oversee paid search campaign execution and optimization, and work cross-functionally with IT, front-end developers, and content managers to see ideas through execution.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and analyze search engine market share VS competitors
∎ Overhaul our SEO reporting and fully maximize usage of enterprise SEO tools
∎ Drive improved performance across our brand websites
∎ Collaborate with the PPC Marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns.
∎ Create a SEO global keyword database
∎ Streamline and find efficiencies within existing PPC campaigns
∎ Share SEO and SEM wins, learnings, best practices, and algorithm updates
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience in search engine marketing (SEO or PPC)
∎ Acute strategic and analytical skills
∎ Independent self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment
∎ Strong project management/organizational skills
∎ Capable of leading and motivating a team
∎ Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and interpersonal
∎ Ability to manage multiple SEO projects from implementation through execution
∎ Ability to uncover SEO opportunities and execute on them to drive incremental results
∎ Mastery of SEO best practices; on-page, off-page, and technical
∎ Familiar with SEO software - Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Spyfu
∎ Strong proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager etc).
∎ The task requires you to work-from-home, you are required to have a laptop or desktop computer, a smart mobile phone, a local mobile connectivity with uninterrupted mobile data facility and a good uninterrupted internet connectivity 24 hours a day X 7 days a week (all expenditure relating to procure above mentioned facilities shall be borne by the candidate)

∎ As we are based in Silicon Valley, we expect you to be available for meetings during Pacific Time
