A Post-Production Supervisor in a production house is responsible for managing the entire post-production workflow, including overseeing schedules, budgets, and staff to ensure all elements like editing, sound design, and visual effects are completed on time and within budget. They act as the central point of communication between the production team, director, editors, and vendors, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the final product meets quality standards and delivery requirements.
