রাতে ও দিনে ডিউটি করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
ম্যনেজমেন্ট কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত অন্য যেকোন দায়িত্ব পালন করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
পার্থীকে অবশ্যই সুনামধন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে ওয়ার্ডবয়(Male Attendant) পদে কাজের অভিঙ্গতা থাকতে হবে।
রোগীর সেবা প্রদানের মানিসিকতা সম্পন্ন।
