Job Context:
∎ TotiCell is a newly established world class regenerative healthcare center in Bangladesh committed to offer the best practice of advanced Regenerative Medicine (RM) aiming to improve the quality of life through Stem Cell & Gene Therapy. We apply cells & cell-based products for regenerative therapy at its best conditions at our Cell Culture Laboratory & Day-care Clinic which is equipped with cGMP laboratory, Quality Control and ultra-low temperature Cryo-banking Facility to facilitate demanding medical care in patients with terminal illnesses.
∎ Currently we are looking for talented and highly motivated people for the position of "PMD In-charge" to join our dynamic team at TotiCell Ltd. The position will work with our scientists/doctors/health-workers to accomplish his daily tasks & activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for preparing textual materials i.e content writing for the product, treatment facilities, available resources etc. for the market promotion.
∎ Develop content for blogs, articles, white papers, sales collateral, and the company website.
∎ Edit and polish existing content to improve readability.
∎ Create compelling headlines and body that will capture the attention of the target customer.
∎ Use engagement metrics to identify customers' needs and recommend new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
∎ Responsible for the market development, client relation maintenance, and technical support of the company's products and services.
∎ Provide feedback regarding new business, user needs, suggestions, etc. to relevant team members in a timely manner.
∎ Manage all aspects of product management plans for portfolio to ensure the achievement of financial/budget expectations and product line strategies relating to product demand and allocation needs.
∎ Work in conjunction with other functional departments to identify opportunities to improve the product & services.
∎ Responsible for working closely with regional marketing and sales teams to update and develop sales training tools for associated product line.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management Department (PMD) in the life science industry is preferable.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with clients in a professional way, via phone or in writing.
∎ Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and work well in a team.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills and can work independently with diverse cultures.
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills
∎ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
∎ The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
∎ Effective communication skills
