Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the floor to manage the entire floor operations, from order receiving to shipment.
∎ Increase production, asset capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and thoroughly utilize assets to produce optimal results.
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
∎ Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure an effective return on assets.
∎ Review the weekly production plan.
∎ Style changeover implementation and follow-up as per SOP.
∎ Coordination with the planning, sales, and production teams.
