Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plumber Job Responsibility:
∎ • Installs, maintains, and repairs pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential and commercial structures. Fixes domestic appliances, such as dish washers and gas cookers. Inspects drainage and other plumbing systems for compliance with local and national regulations. Installs pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids operating WTP, WWTP & STP & Swimming pool equipment maintenance. Collaborative, Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills, Decision-Making Ability, Good Listening Skills, Strong Verbal Communication, Stress- and Time-Management Skills, Business and Accounting Skills, Customer-Service and Interpersonal Skills, Mechanical and Technical Skills, Physical Stamina and Strength, Excellent Trouble-Shooting Ability.
∎ Carpenter Job Responsibility:
∎ • As a Carpenter you should maintain furniture and other elements of carpentry repair works in guest room, meeting rooms and all public areas including back of the house. Should have knowledge in standard practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety related to carpentry and maintains work. Read blueprints, mathematical and analytical skills are necessary to do material estimates. Ability to work with carpentry tools and materials & maintain all type of door lock glass works false ceiling & repair maintenance ability. Always keep the work area clean and well organized. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines set for each tasks. Repair and replace items such as furniture, wall coverings, acoustical ceiling panels, gypsum board, masonry or any other miscellaneous tasks such as wooden polishing etc. Comply with the General Regulations Employee Manual and other policies and procedures to ensure the safety and efficiency of the operation of the Hotel
∎ • Painter Job Responsibility:
∎ • As a Pinter or polisher in the engineering department, you will be responsible to apply paint, stain and other finishes for property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Additionally responsible to clean up, store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas. And follow policies and procedures for the safe operation and storage of tools, equipment, and machines. Able to effectively use brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Responsible for maintaining property color scheme specifications. Responsible for maintaining and match shades of particular areas. Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces, such as bare wood or metal, for finish coats.
