∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuously monitor daily production output against targets for various styles, lines, and operators and report to Management.
∎ Collect and analyze production data (e.g., efficiency, bottlenecks, downtime, defects) to identify areas & report to management.
∎ Prepare and disseminate regular production reports (daily, weekly, monthly) summarizing performance, highlighting deviations, and proposing corrective actions.
∎ Provide timely and accurate updates on the current production status of different orders to relevant stakeholders (e.g., merchandising, planning, quality).
∎ Communicate potential delays or issues proactively and work collaboratively to find solutions.
∎ Collaborate with management and production planning to establish realistic and achievable production targets.
∎ Any Others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
