∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Job Context:
∎ Prepare task and update all progress information in a systematic manner to facilitate rapid response to daily progress variance of tasks and keep progress in schedule.
∎ Maintain all project communication in a systematic manner to facilitate timely actions to facilitate smooth progress of tasks.
∎ Any other tasks given by Line Manager for his/her department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plans, organizes, and coordinates planning activities.
∎ Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
∎ Monitor project progress related reports on daily basis, analyze to find issues hindering the progress, coordinate with related personnel and department (internal or external) to overcome issues.
∎ Prepare & keep up-to-date contingency plan, take contingency action abide by guideline from Line Manager to keep progress on track.
∎ Work as centre point to all project related communication. Document and track all agenda and follow-up actions agreed.
∎ Execute works by himself/herself or delegate to subordinate, contractors, vendors, outside agencies where appropriate. Monitor progress as per approved work plan maintaining work and quality procedures.
∎ Verify documents and records collected from internal and external sources.
∎ Keep all documents and records up-to-date in a systematic, well protected and easily retrievable manner.
∎ Keep Line Manager informed by routine and ad hoc reports.
∎ Any other activities to fulfill tasks

∎ Age 28 to 35 years
