Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions:
∎ Proper examination of the patients before approaching for therapy.
∎ Proper documentation of assessment and progression of the patient.
∎ Ensuring safe use of therapeutic techniques and other instruments.
∎ Checking indication and contraindication before use of any machines on the patients.
∎ Counseling/educating the patients and their family/caregiver to prevent further injury.
∎ Effective communication with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
∎ Checking the consultant prescription summary thoroughly before providing any kind of therapy.
∎ Informing immediately to Consultant physiotherapist in case of any emergency related to patient care and illness.
∎ Reviewing and evaluating patients through tests, movements, and conversation.
∎ Scheduling exercises and therapies for patients.
∎ Observing and reviewing patient progress.
∎ Documenting patient medical progress and treatment; recording notes to update medical conditions.
∎ Carrying out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
