- Age At most 35 years
6 months to 1 year experience in Call Center / Telecalling / Phone-based work
Excellent Bangla speaking skills (clear and polite communication)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Ability to work full day on regular phone sourcing activities
Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented
Responsibilities & Context:
Make minimum 100 outbound calls daily to seafarers using the company’s internal crew database
Collect, verify, and update crew availability and basic profile details
Record call outcomes accurately in the system
Maintain daily call and sourcing reports
Follow company scripts and compliance guidelines
