• Diploma
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Medical Technology

• Diploma/BSC in Medical Laboratory Technology, or relevant field.

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Healthcare Startup

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting (freshers with training may apply).

• Knowledge of specimen handling, infection control, and laboratory safety.

• Strong communication and patient-care skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and other biological samples through venipuncture, capillary, and other approved techniques.

• Verify patient identity and explain procedures to ensure comfort and consent.

• Accurately label and document specimens; maintain chain of custody for samples.

• Ensure proper storage and transportation of specimens to maintain integrity.

• Follow strict infection-control and safety protocols (including proper disposal of sharps and biohazard waste).

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and provide post-collection instructions.

• Maintain equipment and ensure adequate inventory of phlebotomy supplies.

• Collaborate with laboratory and clinical teams for timely reporting.
