Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attempt to sell the focused products as per management instruction.
∎ Answer questions about the drugs, their cost, and alternatives.
∎ Know which drugs will be of interest to doctors in different specialties.
∎ Attempt to identify doctors who dispense the most prescriptions.
∎ Take sales orders.
∎ Work with a sales team to develop strategies to approach potential customers and garner sales.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest clinical data and pass this information on to healthcare professionals at presentations.
∎ Keep informed about competitors' products.
∎ Constantly be finding new contacts within the healthcare field.
∎ Keep detailed records of all contacts, both potential and existing.
∎ Maintain a computer database to record all sales.
∎ Deliver sales reports to upper management and ensure quotas are met.
∎ Dispenses prescription medication and other medical products to patients.
∎ Counts pills, labels bottles, prices, and compounds medications to prepare prescriptions for patients as directed.
∎ Performs administrative duties, including answering phones, receiving and inputting prescription orders, operating cash registers, and restocking inventory.
∎ Supplies patients with information and education on their prescriptions.
∎ Prepares medicine-billing information for indoor medications.
∎ Completes patients' sales transactions for purchase of prescription and over-the-counter medications as well.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by hospital management as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical computer knowledge.
∎ Customer focus.
∎ Sound listening skill.
∎ Pleasant personality.
∎ Self-motivated.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 16000 (Monthly)
