∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must Have required Computer Knowledge.
∎ Provide service up to the customer satisfaction.
∎ Non-smokers are preferred.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and correlate with multidisciplinary action.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To store pharmaceuticals at optimum condition as to minimize expiry and maintaining EOQ.
∎ To maintain departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environment and infection control standards.
∎ To have secure storage of narcotics and other controlled substances on a regular basis.
∎ To administrator of patients concerns, and recommends changes in policies and procedures.
∎ To treat all communication about staff and other organizational business confidentially.
∎ Ensure comprehensive maintenance of quality standards in Pharmacy. Prepare Quarterly Quality Assurance Statement.
∎ Stock count & give report every six (06) months in a year.
∎ Being responsible for the accurate despising and timely distribution of drugs and medication for outpatient and inpatient.
∎ Counsels patients and/or media practitioners on drug indications/contradictions, dosage, and side effects; provides other drug and pharmaceuticals.
∎ Provides guidance and training to pharmacy staff and monitors their performance Dispensing of prescribed medicine. Monitoring expired drugs.
∎ Arranging returned medicines regularly Input Medicine details to the Software.
∎ Operate cash register to process cash or credit sales Receive, store, and Maintain of inventory pharmaceutical supplies & medicines,
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
