Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records, order medications and supplies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage Pharmacy and be aware of inventory needs, shortage and expiry for better inventory control.
∎ Maintain pharmacy data in data management system.
∎ Make cost saving initiatives.
∎ Track and make reports on slow, expiry or non-moving drugs.
∎ Maintain and share purchase order data
∎ Maintain prescription management in pharmacy.
∎ Responsible for releasing orders in centre timely through time and cost-effective methods.
