Responsibilities & Context:
Looking for a dynamic & energetic Jr. Pharmacist from reputed Institutes.
Monitoring patient responses to medications and making necessary adjustments in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Managing the procurement, storage, and distribution of medications.
Ensuring the proper handling and disposal of hazardous medications.
Maintaining accurate records of inventory and controlled substances.
Manage & ensure the proper activities of Dispensers, Data entry operators & Aides. Dispensing of prescribed medicine.
Implementing and monitoring hospital policies and procedures related to medication use.
Conducting quality improvement activities to enhance patient safety and medication efficacy.
Reporting and analyzing medication errors and adverse drug reactions.
Monitoring expired drugs.
Making medicine indent for admitted patients.
Physical dispensing from the medicine shelves Making requisition for medicine from the main store Receiving medicines from the main store.
Dispense floor requisition. Delivering medicine to the floor Arranging returned medicines regularly Help to purchase emergency medicine Medicine sale to customers.
Input Medicine details to the Software.
Operate cash register to process cash or credit sales Receive, store, and Maintain inventory pharmaceutical supplies & medicines, check for outdated medicines, and notify Sr. pharmacist or In charge when inventory levels are low.
Maintain and clean equipment, work areas, or shelves.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
