Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the Chairman’s calendar, organizing meetings, appointments, and conferences, and controlling access as needed.
∎ Coordinate and organize events and conferences.
∎ Assist with daily time management and prioritization of tasks.
∎ Answer phone calls and emails, taking accurate messages and ensuring professional communication.
∎ Attend meetings and take comprehensive notes.
∎ Arrange travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
∎ Coordinate events and manage speaking engagements.
∎ Draft correspondence such as emails and letters, maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
∎ Draft and prepare detailed and accurate meeting minutes, summarizing key points, decisions, and action items.
