Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Security Service,Group of Companies

• Graduation/post-graduation in any discipline from reputed institution.

• Retired officer from Bangladesh Armed Forces / SSF / RAB (Lieutenant colonel /major/captain/or equivalent)

• 10 to 15 years

• Age At least 35 years
• Only Male

• Proven experience in close protection, VIP security, or military/police service. 

• Physically fit with strong situational awareness and quick reflexes.  

• Training in defensive driving, first aid, and emergency response preferred.

• Professional demeanor, discipline, and high level of confidentiality.      

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.    

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ensure the personal safety and security of the Managing Director at all times, both inside and outside the office premises, by providing close protection, risk assessment, and secure movement coordination.

• Provide close and constant personal protection to the MD during official and personal movements.

• Escort the MD to meetings, events, and travel destinations, ensuring safe and secure transit.

• Assess and monitor potential threats or risks in advance of the MD’s movements.

• Coordinate with drivers, security staff, and external security agencies as required.

• Maintain confidentiality of all personal and professional information concerning the MD.

• Control and manage public access to the MD, preventing unwanted approaches or disturbances.

• Remain alert and vigilant to identify and respond to any suspicious activities or individuals.

• Ensure the MD’s route and surroundings are secure before arrival.

• Operate communication devices and maintain contact with relevant security personnel.

• Provide first response in case of emergencies, including medical or security incidents.

• Maintain physical fitness and readiness for any unexpected security situation.

• Respond promptly in emergencies, including medical situations, hostile actions, or public disturbances
