At Action Joy Enterprise Ltd. We are looking for an efficient Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Director and Chairman’s working life and communication.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.
Answer phone calls, emails, and take messages. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Help with daily time management and task prioritization.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Source office supplies and maintain office filing systems.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity, ensuring confidentiality in all matters.
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive in achieving their goals and objectives.
Assist in managing projects by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring relevant parties are updated on progress.
Providing financial insights supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial plans.
