Responsibilities & Context:
  • At Action Joy Enterprise Ltd. We are looking for an efficient Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to Director and Chairman’s working life and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage calendars, schedule meetings, and appointments.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and take messages. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.

  • Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.

  • Help with daily time management and task prioritization.

  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.

  • Source office supplies and maintain office filing systems.

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity, ensuring confidentiality in all matters.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the executive in achieving their goals and objectives.

  • Assist in managing projects by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and ensuring relevant parties are updated on progress.

  • Providing financial insights supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial plans.
