Additional Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only Male
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Expert in Bangla typing (Bijoy) with fast typing speed and minimum typing speed: 30 WPM (English) and 25 WPM (Bangla)·

  • 4-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (corporate office experience preferred)·

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bangla·

  • Must be willing to travel and stay outside of Thakurgaon/Job location even on short notice·

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities·

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information· 

  • Smart, well-groomed, well-mannered, and proactive personality· 

  • Height Requirement: Male - Minimum 5’-6’’ prime·

  • Personal Qualities: Polite behavior, honesty, and maintaining confidentiality, Punctual, patient, and disciplined· 

  • Ability to work under intense pressure and a mindset to complete responsibilities within deadlines· 

  • Ability to work calmly in any situation.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman.

  • Manage and maintain the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings

  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and necessary documents

  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone communications professionally

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on behalf of the Chairman

  • Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics

  • Draft letters, reports, and presentations as required

  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping of important files

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chairman
