Responsibilities & Context:
∎ It’s a mid-level position. We are expecting to deliver both strategic and tactical roles in the Business-to-Business segment. Travel and tourism professional with a proven track record of leadership, the ideal candidate should have the ability to navigate the intricacies of the industry, driving growth and fostering lasting partnerships with key stakeholders.
∎ Must have proper knowledge of completing all documentation and licensing tasks including getting permission from Government authorities and Civil Aviation to operate a travel agency.
∎ Excellent knowledge in airline reservations - Booking of airlines through common software and systems, preparation of Itineraries, fare calculation etc.
∎ Ability to manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Provide hotel reservation services and other accommodation options.
∎ Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions. Create all kinds of trip packages and oversee operations.
∎ Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to secure reservations and resolve customer issues. Delivered attractive packages & promoted special offers.
∎ Design and customize travel itineraries that cater to the unique needs of each client.
∎ Assist clients in understanding visa requirements and procedures. Help clients complete visa application forms accurately and gather necessary supporting documents. Verify that all required documents are in order and meet the visa requirements.
∎ Monitor the progress of visa applications and provide updates to clients. Address any issues or delays in the visa application process and provide solutions.
∎ Create travel itineraries, including layovers, connecting flights, and accommodation suggestions.
∎ Handle ticket modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies.
∎ Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to visa applications or flight bookings.
∎ Other necessary jobs deemed by the Management.
