Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and monitor daily activities of PCA staff under Nursing Services.
Ensure proper manpower deployment, discipline, and operational efficiency.
Maintain smooth coordination with Nursing Management and other departments.
Monitor attendance, roster, leave, and performance of PCA employees.
Ensure patient support services are maintained in accordance with hospital standards.
Handle employee grievances, provide counseling, and manage teams effectively.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting as required by management.
