Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Age 27 to 33 years
- Only Male
Strong knowledge of pattern design, grading, and fitting standards.
Hands-on experience with CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, or Optitex).
Sound knowledge of woven & knit garments construction.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and adjust accurate garment patterns based on buyer’s tech packs and measurement charts.
Ensure correct fitting and grading for all sample stages (fit, proto, PP samples).
Work closely with Merchandising and Technical teams to interpret buyer comments and apply necessary pattern corrections.
Communicate with sample room and vendors to ensure correct execution of patterns and samples.
Support development for new styles, fabrics, and washes.
Maintain digital and manual pattern records for reference and reorders.
