• Only Male

• Strong knowledge of pattern design, grading, and fitting standards.

• Hands-on experience with CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, or Optitex).

• Sound knowledge of woven & knit garments construction.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Develop and adjust accurate garment patterns based on buyer’s tech packs and measurement charts.

• Ensure correct fitting and grading for all sample stages (fit, proto, PP samples).

• Work closely with Merchandising and Technical teams to interpret buyer comments and apply necessary pattern corrections.

• Communicate with sample room and vendors to ensure correct execution of patterns and samples.

• Support development for new styles, fabrics, and washes.

• Maintain digital and manual pattern records for reference and reorders.
