Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing various types of food such as cakes, cookies, pies, breads, pastries, and desserts etc.
∎ Preparing new and unique menu items in creative ways to attract customers.
∎ Target and maintain materials, supplies and equipment Understanding visitor preferences and making recommendations based on results.
∎ Efficient time management so that orders arrive on time and prevent food wastage.
∎ Monitoring stock of baking ingredients like flour, sugar etc. and preparing appropriate orders as per budget·
∎ Arrange and present delicious and beautiful pastries, cakes, cookies, pies, breads and baked goods.
∎ Must have leadership skills to manage pastry section, and staff.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques and nutrition.
∎ Operate and manage the pastry section of a kitchen, working together with the other chefs Prepare a variety of baked goods·
∎ Decorate and present pastries and baked goods in a tasteful and beautiful way·
∎ Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment·
∎ Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations·
∎ Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them·
∎ Develop new seasonal recipes and menus and keep up with the latest trends.
∎ We looking for An experienced energetic, dynamic and Creative Pastry / Bakery Chef position for pastries, cakes, cookies and breads desserts and Fast Food.·
