∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB) in BaratLaw LL.B (Hons) LL.M

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangla and english typing Skills, Civil Lawyer, Criminal Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ ? Represent BGMEA in legal proceedings in different courts.
∎ ? Drafting Deeds of Easements, Deeds of Assignment, Deeds of Gift, Deeds of Release and Assured Short hold Tenancy Agreements etc.
∎ ? Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings.
∎ ? Design and oversee BGMEA’s policy and position on legal matters.
∎ ? Protect BGMEA against legal risks and violations.
∎ ? Examine the legal issues related to employees and the organization
∎ ? Negotiate deals on behalf of BGMEA.
∎ ? Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ ? Advice the Management on all legal matters as well as updating the Management on all legal latest development in the Labour Law.
∎ ? Any other task relating to legal matters assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Practising lawyer in the High Court and Supreme Court
∎ Age: Not above 60 years
∎ Both male and female can apply

Salary: Negotiable
