Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar will be an advantage
2 to 5 years of practical experience in managing content on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Previous involvement in media production, digital marketing, or agency operations is preferred but not required.
Required Skills:
Minimum age of 24 years.
Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Readiness to travel locally within Dhaka for filming, client meetings, and site visits.
Enthusiasm for digital marketing and a keen interest in exploring AI-driven creative technologies.
Proficiency in graphic design idea and content writing.
Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok platforms.
Run lead generation ads with compelling creatives and precise targeting, especially for Bangladesh-based students.
Analyze ad performance, create reports, and suggest improvements to maximize ROI.
Set up tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion goals.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the creative and counseling teams to align ads with business goals.
Perform regular ad reporting and share analytics with the team.
Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes, policy updates, and ad formats.
Plan and manage digital campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Create, optimize, and report campaigns efficiently in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Manage SEO and SEM activities to increase website visibility and traffic.
Create and publish engaging content (posts, captions, blogs, video ideas).
Conduct competitor analysis and prepare marketing reports.
Design graphics for digital campaigns and social media content
