• Experience Requirements
• Minimum 1 year, maximum 3 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design.
• Freshers with exceptional portfolios may also be considered.
• Additional Requirements
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, Canva, and related design software.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Must be Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics skills

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Graphics & Motion Graphics Designer with experience in offset press printing, digital marketing design, and website maintenance. The ideal candidate will combine artistic vision with practical technical knowledge to deliver high-quality designs for print, digital, and promotional materials. You should be able to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and solve design and technical issues efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

Creative Design & Production

• Develop innovative designs for offset press printing, digital marketing materials, web design, illustrations, and logos (basic expertise & maintenance).

• Conceptualize and digitize ideas using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, Canva, and related software.

Printing & Output Preparation

• Prepare final outputs for press printing, including plates, positives, and overprint-ready files.

• Ensure accuracy in dimensions, scaling, and specifications for offset press printing.

Offset Press Printing Design Projects

• Design items such as calendars (wall & desk), diaries, notebooks, product catalogs, brochures, booklets, annual reports, books & magazines, pads, business cards, ID cards, envelopes, tickets (bus or event), shopping bags, certificates, office files, posters, invitation cards, garment accessories, and other print materials.

Digital Printing & Gift Item Designs

• Create designs for billboards, banners, festoons, signage, mugs, bags, watches, pens, wall & table clocks, umbrellas, keyrings, card holders, T-shirts, and various promotional or gift items.

Web Graphic Designs

• Design digital assets such as Facebook and other social media covers, posts, reels, stories, infographics, website banners, presentations, email marketing templates, product presentations, mockups, text effects, creative shapes, YouTube thumbnails, forms, online advertisements, and other web graphic materials.

Project Management

• Work under pressure to meet deadlines while ensuring top-quality creative output.

• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to maintain brand consistency.

Technical Support

• Troubleshoot and solve computer hardware, software, and setup-related issues related to design production.
