∎ Basic Knowledge of Skin Care Products.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Problem-solving & and achieving attitude.
∎ Convert conversations into sales to meet KPI Capture orders from Facebook Messages.
∎ Generate Order invoices.
∎ Track orders to maintain smooth deliveries.
∎ Create Orders in a spreadsheet and upload them on the delivery Portal.
∎ Analyze online customer trends and report them to management.
∎ Track orders to maintain smooth deliveries.

∎ Working cooperatively with the team
