Additional Requirements:
∎ Total 3 years of experience as Office Assistant/ equivalent post is preferred (may be relaxed for highly skilled/experienced candidates).
∎ Computer typing speed Bangla 25 word per minute & English 30 word per minute and must be passed in the standard aptitude test taken by the authority.
∎ Skills in computer operating programs like Windows, Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and Power point is preferred.
∎ Age at most 35 years (may be relaxed for experienced candidates).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To act as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls
∎ To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Director by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided
∎ Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Director are met
∎ To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Director
∎ To provide support for Board of Director or Governing Body meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points
∎ Supporting the Director to keep the Board of Director or Governing Body informed about the work of the organization and their appropriate training and induction.
∎ To manage key organizational events such as; Weekly meetings, Staff and Volunteer conference, Strategy days, Staff briefings and others as required.
∎ Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Director.
