Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Outlet Relationship Officer for Al-Madina Enterprise, an Authorized Agent of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited.
∎ Marketing products of Retail Business and other similar Organizations. Biometric account Registration (Current, Savings, Salary, Student), F.D.R, D.P.S, Loan processing and other relevant products.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented, able to discharge responsibilities & be result oriented.
∎ This is a field work job, increasing corporate use door to door marketing, need to visit client office on a regular basis and must need to achieve monthly target.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure.
∎ Responsible for achieving individual targets and reporting to the team leader.
∎ Maintain after work formalities including deed of agreement.
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Contact potential or existing clients/consumers to inform them about the product.
∎ Develop potential clients & maintain a good relationship with the existing clients/consumer.
∎ Create a proposal and send it to every individual client/consumer.
∎ Pro- actively engage with potential consumers that are looking for last-mile collection or banking solutions through D2D service.
∎ Retain, Monitor and Grow Existing Clients base.
∎ Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with consumers and produce written information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should be personalities, confidence, honesty, hardworking, dedicated, presentable, smart good command of written and spoken English.
∎ Must have a "can do" attitude.
∎ Must have a good understanding of the regulatory guidelines of Bangladesh Bank, BFIU guidelines, BTRC, etc.
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, e-mail, and internet browsing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing Experience in Key Account Banking and Bima/Financial Institutions/Microcredit program/Telecommunications/Tech based service industry will be preferred.
∎ Understanding of MFS, Consumer on-boarding process, Software/tools/platforms for consumer on-board.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
