Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit Potential customer with team members.
∎ Resolve team liability audit compliance issues, integrity and disciplinary issues.
∎ Ensure proper service to the customer and branch.
∎ Building relationship with potential clients and maintaining relationship with existing ones.
∎ Perform daily sales visit and report to head of department.
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly account and deposit target and portfolio growth.
∎ Bank account marketing should be done.
∎ Follow up on new leads and reternals to generate business.
∎ Update teams daily visit plan and monthly business.
∎ Any other tasks from the department head.
