Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma / Certificate course in Retail Sales Management is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, Customer Handling, Microsoft Excel, Sales

∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to achieve sales target and growth of the respective outlet through team effort being a team player.
∎ Maintain retail and VM standards of the outlet to ensure a comfortable shopping environment.
∎ Ensure all floor audit checklists, VM checklists, stock registers, staff registers, security registers, and cash registers are being maintained timely.
∎ Responsible to ensure effective workforce management for the outlet. (i.e staff planning, roaster, leave, absenteeism, motivation, reward and performance evaluation).
∎ Responsible to ensure all customer service parameters are monitored and maintained properly on the floor. (i.e. staff grooming, staff product knowledge, staff interaction with customers, product replenishment on the display, queue management at the POS and faster customer check out).
∎ To take prompt actions to resolve customer problems/complaints in coordination with relevant cross-functional departments.
∎ Responsible to minimize staff attrition, develop next-level leaders and provide staff training.
∎ Responsible for driving a big team consists of floor supervisor and sales associates effectively.
∎ Responsible for total inventory management of the respective outlet.
∎ Accountable to make daily, weekly and monthly reports required by management.
∎ Ensure the outlet's safety & security.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7 year’s experience in Retail Management.
∎ At least 4 year’s experience in a supervisory role.
∎ Administrative knowledge and sales and customer service.
∎ Knowledge about Inventory Management, Project Management, and People Management.
∎ Good command in English and Bangla language for written and oral communications
