Chain shop, Coffee Shop, Fast Food Shop, Grocery shop, Restaurant, Retail Store, Super store, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve financial objectives by achieving sales growth, Basket Size and other targets; minimizing cost; analyzing variances and taking corrective actions
∎ Improve outlet staffs' efficiency by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising KPIs
∎ Ensure safe, hygienic and welcoming store environment and facilitate "wow" customer service
∎ Ensure product quality, ordering, availability, merchandise, stock and cash management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Dynamic personality, Can-do and go-getter attitude with strong communication and leadership skills
∎ Proficient in MS Office package specially in MS Excel
Salary: Negotiable
