• Age 20 to 35 years

• Lead day to day store operation, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, maintaining planogram standards, store cleanliness, visual merchandising, staff grooming, product availability and exceptional customer service.

• Serve as the cash custodian by managing petty cash, reconciling daily sales with cash deposits, verifying cash-in-hand, and handing over cash to the cash pulling agent in accordance with company procedures.

• Serve as the inventory custodian by verifying product receiving against invoices/challans, ensuring timely SAP stock entries, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating stock replenishment through approved requisition processes.

• Manage damaged and near-expiry inventory in accordance with company policy, including approving up to 50% discount on eligible short-dated or damaged products at the store level and ensuring proper documentation.

• Maintain operational excellence by conducting monthly physical inventory, coaching and supervising Beauty Advisors, executing approved local marketing activities, ensuring asset security, and escalating operational issues to the Area Sales Manager and sales operation team.
