∎ Strong knowledge of outbound travel destinations and visa processes
∎ 1-2+ years of experience in travel sales and visa processing (preferred)
∎ Excellent communication and customer handling skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
∎ Positive, target-driven, and client-focused mindset

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily operations of ticketing and Travel Management.
∎ Excellent at dealing with clients over the phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.
∎ Being an outbound travel expert, need to have extensive knowledge about travelling outside Bangladesh.
∎ Talk to potential customers, understand requirements, create itineraries, modify tour packages based on needs, and pursue clients for booking.
∎ Need to use software for maintaining organizational processes.
∎ Need to create international travel itineraries.
∎ Efficiently communicate with vendors, ensuring favourable terms and pricing.
∎ Making travel itineraries with flights, hotels & other travel services Book flights, hotels & tour packages with different online systems Issuing Air Ticket Telling details about our service to clients by phone calls/email/online communication/face to face.
