Job Context:
∎ The role reports to the Head of the Department of OSH Training and is based at the RSC office in Dhaka.
∎ The key responsibility is providing logistics support to the OSH Training Program Specialist in the smooth execution of the company`s occupational health and safety (OSH) training programs across the RMG industry. (Logistics support including but not limited to distributing printed materials, training folders, and set up electronic equipment like Projectors, Sound Systems, and Microphone)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide logistical and technical support to the OSH Training Program Specialist in an effective way for the smooth operation of the RSC Safety Training Program.
∎ Lead the onsite setup of the Projector, Screen, Sound system, and other electronic devices at the program venue as well as troubleshooting for the smooth operation of the RSC OSH Training Program.
∎ In conjunction with the Team Leaders and OSH Training Program Specialist, ensure that all training activities are fully resourced, including but not limited to printed materials, training folders, and technical requirements.
∎ Assist in the distribution of the printing materials at the All-Employee Meeting programs.
∎ Responsible for the general maintenance of the logistical equipment used for the Safety Training program.
∎ Report to the Team leader for any faulty logistical equipment-related hazard.
∎ Monitor the stock of training materials and advise as to the necessity for the timely reordering of same.
∎ Maintain the trackers related to issuing printing materials and necessary stock for Safety Training Programme.
∎ Responsible to maintain the store in an organized manner and keep track of all the items outgoing and incoming for the Safety Training program.
∎ Overall responsible for the safe handling, and custody of the OSH Training Department's Logistical equipment and printing materials required for the Safety Training program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Able to travel frequently within Dhaka or outside of Dhaka with short notice.
∎ Have Technical Knowledge in the smooth operation of the above-mentioned electronic equipment.
∎ Ability to Work Under Pressure, Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to multitask, Team leading ability.
