Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field with three (3) years' experience in program operations and implementation, staff management, and financial management or bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance or a related field with Five (5) years' experience in program operations and implementation, staff management, and budget management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience with USAID and US Government regulations is preferred. Relevant experience, such as working on programs sponsored by international donors (the World Bank, the UN, the ADB etc.), will be valuable
∎ Demonstrated experience in reporting, monitoring & evaluation, and closeout of a program
∎ Extensive experience working with counterparts at various levels of government including educational administration is desirable
