• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously to meet deadlines.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management, office administration, or HR.
• General understanding of English. (Complete understanding and fluency of English will be given preference and eligible for a higher salary. English skills will be assessed during the interview)

Role Summary:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing project management and office administration. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage various tasks, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain a well-organized office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
• Prioritize tasks to appropriate departments and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Maintain the quality of deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor team performance and manage team KPIs
