Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be responsible for providing all administrative support to the Developing Midwives Project (DMP) operated by JPGSPH, BRACU including logistic, procurement and managing outsourced organizations. The person also provides timely logistics support to academic site. S/he will also assist the academic site during student admission, examination and licensing.
∎ This position directly reports to Head of Midwifery Education Programme and supervises 5/6 administrative staff.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8-10 years of professional experience in Operations Management / Administration preferably in NGO/University.
∎ Strong leadership skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Show proactiveness to assigned activities and take initiatives beyond responsibilities whenever challenges arise.
∎ To be able to identify priority works and complete those works within deadline.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel and work in field sites.
