Educational Requirements:
∎ Active undergraduate or graduate level student eligible to receive academic credit or fulfill an educational requirement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Operations, Finance, Procurement and HR units
∎ Assist the Operations team with documentation
∎ Assist in inventory and tagging
∎ Assist in organizing meetings, trainings and workshops
∎ Actively participate in self-development, share ideas with supervisor
∎ Gather supporting documentation including minutes, participants list, photographs etc.
∎ Meet regularly with assigned supervisor and share feedback on experience
∎ Perform other duties as assigned
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
∎ Some practical/ academic knowledge of accounting/ finance; procurement or human resources
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Ability to multitask
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary: Negotiable
