Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline (Practical experience may compromise the degree)
∎ Experienced person will be given priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline ticketing & reservation, creating PNR, issuing and reissuing ticket.
∎ Plan, execute & manage international (Inbound & Out bound) tour packages for Corporate & Clients
∎ Arrange for the tour package for the groups within the country
∎ Maintain communication with clients regularly and get their feedbacks
∎ Maintain all online/offline marketing communications on social media, email, website etc
∎ Monitor, supervise & execute travel plans outside and inside the country
∎ Dealing with customers' queries and complaints about ticketing.
∎ Processes cancellations and modifications of reservations.
∎ Describing the sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
∎ Achieve monthly & annual sales target in coordination with customers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer skills with Microsoft Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Must be experienced
∎ Honest and committed to work a long period in organization
∎ Proven working experience as a travel consultant
∎ Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel)
∎ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
∎ Exemplary sales skills and customer service oriented approach
∎ Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
∎ Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
∎ Demonstrable ability to handle crises
