Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
Express Leather Products Limited, the official representative of international brands Lotto Sport Italia and Lee Cooper London in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader for our retail division. This role involves assisting the Head of Department in formulating retail strategies while taking direct ownership of the zonal annual business plan and sales budget. A key function of this position is to regularly monitor team performance and generate insightful sales reports for top management, facilitating strategic decision-making.
Assist the HOD in formulating retail sales strategies and policies.
Prepare annual business plan & sales budget for the assigned Zone
Lead the retail sales team to achieve sales targets both in pairs & turnover
Ensure business growth in all retail stores and category businesses
Provide Daily, Weekly, & Monthly sales reports to top management
Regularly track and monitor ASM/Es and Outlet In-charges` daily activities and performance
The management assigns other tasks from time to time.
