∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the inventory ,office and market operation.
∎ Process development for e-commerce market.
∎ Track and trace shipments as required.
∎ Ensure smooth timely freight process flow.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
∎ Utilize process monitor and workflows on daily basis.
∎ Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.
∎ Ensure documents are timely sent to customer.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
∎ Intract with our customer in arranging their shipments exceeding customer service expectations.
∎ Contribute to maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
∎ (trucking campanis and others)
∎ Understand derpartment process flow,constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency
∎ Ensure all customers standerd operating procedures are followed and updated .
∎ Our main goal is how to satisfy the customer and deliver as fast as possilble.Customer satisfaction is our main goal.
∎ Day by day we need to work on how we can further improve our market and how to improve relationships with defferent companies.
∎ To monitor whether the officers and employees of the office are performing their respective duties.
∎ communication timely responses to emails and mobile phone requests(internal external).
∎ Day by day we have to keeping in mind how the company can be profitable and keep the customer satisfaction can build up relationships with another companies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5+ years of working in relevant filed.
∎ Working experience in e commerce industry is must.
∎ Very good communication and convincing skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Interested to take challenges and learn new things
∎ Fluent in both English and Bangla.
∎ Knowledge on ms office Google sheet.
∎ Capable to lead a big team.
