Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the daily operations and smooth functioning of the branch
∎ Expert in sales analytics and ability to study reports and implement actions quickly
∎ Knowledge in study abroad counselling for English speaking destinations: UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, and NZ
∎ Thorough knowledge on the application and visa process for students
∎ Expert in MS PowerPoint, MS Office applications: Word and Excel
∎ Preferable experience in Salesforce and other sales CRM applications
∎ Support essential marketing operations initiatives in CRM and HubSpot such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
∎ Job requirements
∎ 3-6+ years of managerial experience
∎ Should have handled a team of minimum of 5-10 counsellors
∎ Expert knowledge of CRM and digital applications
∎ Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
∎ Must be highly organized and self-motivated with number crunching abilities
∎ Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
