∎ Proven leadership experience in multi-outlet management is preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of all café and bakery outlets.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of front and back-of-house operations.
∎ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities.
∎ Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors
∎ Train, supervise, and motivate outlet staff to ensure top-tier customer service.
∎ Set and track sales targets; develop and execute promotional strategies.
∎ Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards across all outlets.
∎ Join our growing café and bakery chain as Head of Operations and lead the journey of flavor, efficiency, and excellence!
