∎ Skills Required: Automotive sector, Client Relationship Management, Customer Support/ Client Service, Digital Marketing, Sales Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/ Client Service, Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the daily online social media advertisement.
∎ Continuously input & update newly imported cars into Facebook page along with right information & description. 15 posts every hour.
∎ Provide excellent customer service over mail, social media, live chat & phone calls.
∎ Ensure top quality customer's satisfaction and low order cancellation.
∎ Becoming active member in different car buy sell groups. Giving new new posts there.
∎ Work closely with web design & development team and other departments for constantly updating the social media activities and making it looks fresh and fetching.
∎ Taking raw photos of the showroom ready cars, posting them after editing in the social media.
∎ Attending walk in customers, discussing with them and showing showroom cars.
∎ Preparing invoices, bills, delivery challan and quotation as per the company needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge on Automobiles industry and different vehicle models.
∎ Must have good sounding, confident, clear and bold voice.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla, both written and verbal. If you are weak in writing then no need to apply.
∎ The candidate must have valid driving license and driving experience.
∎ Basic photo and video editing skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Incentive: 3000/- per car.

∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
