Responsibilities & Context:
- অনলাইনে (Facebook Page, Website, WhatsApp, etc.) কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া.
- প্রোডাক্ট সম্পর্কিত তথ্য ও পরামর্শ দেওয়া.
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম ও প্রসেসিং করা.
- কাস্টমার ফলোআপ (যারা ইনবক্স করে কিনে নাই, তাদের মেসেজ করে/ফোন করে রিমাইন্ডার).
- প্রোমোশনাল অফার কাস্টমারকে জানানো.
- কাস্টমার সার্ভিস টিকেট হ্যান্ডেল করা (যদি সমস্যা/রিটার্ন হয়).
- ডেইলি/উইকলি সেলস রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা.
