• Age At most 30 years

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online product management, and Content Management.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Daraz, Othoba, Cartup).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic photo editing skills will be an added advantage.

• Candidates comfortable with creating live product demonstration videos will receive additional incentives.
  

Product & Catalog Management

• Manage and update product listings across the Benji Mall website and online marketplaces.

• Write accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.

• Upload high-quality product images, videos, and detailed specifications.

• Ensure all product information—including price, stock, variations, and features—is correct and regularly updated.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and execute campaigns, offers, and promotions.

• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and trends to identify opportunities for optimization.

• Work closely with the procurement team to onboard new products and brands.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track product performance and sales trends, providing actionable suggestions for improvement.

• Ensure all listings comply with company brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.

Operations & Customer Support

• Track parcel shipments and take necessary action if any issues occur.

• Manage online customer Q&A.
